I need help. How do I make a negative environment better? I’m only one person so I feel like I can’t make a big change. I want more positivity!

What a good question! My advice for making a negative environment better is to start with yourself. 

Unfortunately, making a whole environment more positive with only yourself could prove to be tricky, but it’s not entirely impossible. 

In order to do such a feat you have to be indirect about your approach. What I mean is you have to bring the positive energy to yourself first and hope that your good vibes catch on. 

You’ll be surprised how often a good and optimistic attitude can influence other people. 

Other things you can do is give compliments. A compliment can instantly make someone’s day better. 

Just make sure you’re having a positive attitude and a good time and even if your environment doesn’t change at least you will be having a grand ole time.
