The Mustang Chorale received perfect Superior 1 ratings from a panel of three judges. The group is scored on an 80-point scale, with scores ranging from 69 to 80 earning a Superior 1 rating.
The group achieved excellent overall ratings, including four perfect scores of 80.
Tenor-Bass Choir (77, 77, 78)
Treble Choir (76, 80 ,80)
Mustang Chorale (79, 80, 80)
“I want to give a big shout out to Luke Skinner, Liam Johnston, and Cooper Weeden. After losing two of our strongest tenors unexpectedly, these boys learned entirely new parts for the tenor-bass choir in 24 hours. To put this into perspective, that is equivalent to a defensive football player being asked to memorize the entire offensive playbook in a day,” Brokenicky said.
