St. George, Kansas – Rock Creek High School will recognize outstanding student journalists during the Quill and Scroll International Honor Society Induction Ceremony, to be held Wednesday, November 19 at 6:00 p.m. in the RCHS Commons, immediately prior to the National Honor Society Induction Ceremony.
The Quill and Scroll Honor Society honors high school students who have excelled in journalism and media-related activities, demonstrating excellence, integrity, and creativity in their contributions.
This year, three Rock Creek students will be inducted:

Junior Denise Doucett, recognized for her contributions to the Yearbook staff

Jackson McCann, recognized for his work in Podcast and Broadcast
Family, friends, and community members are all invited to attend as these students are honored for their dedication to storytelling, media production, and the advancement of student journalism at Rock Creek High School. The National Honor Society Induction Ceremony will immediately follow.
