I’ve been to 7 Brew Coffee a couple of times now, and every visit has been a good experience. One of the first things I noticed about 7 Brew is how fast the service is. Even when the line looks long, the workers move quickly and still make time to talk to customers. They don’t just rush people through the line. Instead, they make the experience feel friendly and welcoming, which is something a lot of places do not always do anymore.

I just dont think that the customer service is friendly just because they are new but that they enjoy being there. Every employee I’ve talked to has been positive, energetic, and polite. They always greet customers with a good attitude, and they seem like they actually enjoy their jobs. Another thing that adds to the atmosphere is the music they play outside. The upbeat music makes waiting in line less boring and gives the place a more fun environment.

I also like how many options they have on the menu. There are coffees, teas, smoothies, energy drinks, and lemonades with a lot of different flavor combinations. My favorite drink is the Fruit Roll Up Lemonade. It is made with lemonade mixed with strawberry and raspberry flavors, and it tastes similar to the candy it is named after. The drink is sweet, fruity, cold, and refreshing without tasting too sugary.

The only negative thing I noticed is that during colder weather there are no heaters outside for customers waiting in line, which can make it uncomfortable. Besides that, I think 7 Brew is a great place to get drinks because of the fast service, friendly workers, fun atmosphere, and good menu options.
