Rock Creek High School is proud to announce that several talented student musicians have earned selection to the North Central Kansas Music Educators Association (NCKMEA) District Honor Ensembles. These students demonstrated exceptional musical skill and dedication through a highly competitive audition process.
Treble Choir:
Piper Allen (Soprano 1), Reagan Asbury (Alto 2), Paityn Brooks (Soprano 2), Averi Foster (Alto 1), Lila Martin (Soprano 2), and Sophia Martinez Bojorquez (Alto 2).
Mixed Choir:
Lauren Blackwood (Soprano 1), Evan Buckman (Tenor 2), Elliott Dalton (Tenor 2), Avalynn Dover (Alto 1), Aiden Hunter (Bass 2), Ida Kasselman (Alto 2), Lillian Schierling (Soprano 1), Natalia Schmeal (Soprano 1), Taryn Scott (Soprano 1), Luke Skinner (Bass 1), Deakin Swain (Bass 2), and Makenna Wallace (Tenor 1).
Band:
Elliana Kufahl (Flute), Megsie Keck (Tenor Saxophone), Julian Montenegro (Trumpet), Adam Brockish (Tenor Saxophone, Alternate), and Peyton Wilson (Horn, Alternate).
Participation in the NCKMEA District Ensembles is a distinguished honor that highlights the students’ hard work and commitment to musical excellence. These outstanding Mustangs will represent Rock Creek at the district festival on December 6th at Manhattan High School, performing alongside the best young musicians from across the region.
